The goal is to get a portal accessible to all users. This has been done by the Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content 1.0 (WCAG 1.0) of the W3C.

Standards Compliance

The pages comply with the requirements to adjust to the Conformance Level “Double-A” Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 Web Content of the W3C, including all checkpoints of Priority 1 and Priority 2 defined in the Guidelines. Accessibility Guidelines for 1.0 Web Content explain how to make Web content accessible to people with disabilities. Thus, we can ensure that the majority of users can access the published information. However, dynamic content is not accessible, which give added value to the web, but the information provided is part of the page itself. These dynamic content accessible not correspond with corporate videos, PDF documents, Google maps and multimedia galleries.
